We got a call from this number today. We couldn't get to the phone and caller hung up. Didn't know who it was so looked on the web and found this web page. Sounds like it was good we couldn't pick up.

Got 2 calls in an hour from this number. Did some research and found out its a life insurance company that harasses you after you get a quote from the TD Bank website. If I know thats how it was going to be I would never have bothered!

PayPal request for credit card info and bank account info, with help desk at 402.935.2050, called and person couldn't verify anything (odd) and hung up? Still don't know what to do about my PayPal account?

Received a similar call stating that he needed a court document notarized. Provided a case#, but I haven't been able to find any cases with the number he gave in my state's court records. I also filed bankruptcy as well as had my house foreclosed. All debts except for some small medical bills should have been covered under one of those actions.

This gentleman says he was from the DOJ (Dept. Of Justice) claiming I took out a loan thru Cash Advance for $525.00. He wanted me to pay up using my bank account. I said I needed more information, like account number for the loan.. and that's when James Foster said Hes going to get a lawyer in 2 hours to sue me.

Have recived multiple messages on my voicemail from this company. Finally decided I was sick of the calls and called the number back. Claimed there was a legal matter that I needed to take care of imediately. They refused to give me the information on the legal matter when I said they were nothing but scammers they asked why I called, I stated if there was really a suit against me I would have recieved papers about it. They told me that I was stupid. Some bad language was brought up. They hung up. I called back, informed them never to contact me again, as I had already reported other companies just like them. They began saying that they would F me up, and stating I was worthless and had a small Pussy. HAHA Stupid people amaze me. Once you mention that the police are involved they hang up and stop talking to you. DON'T fall for thier crap.

Calls continue - two just today. They're now calling themselves "an American financial institution" (notice the "an") which is the third name they've given, the others being "American Financial" and "United Services." Now they claim to KNOW that you have debt (as if they'd done research and had seen your financial records), but then proceed to ask you what debt you have. Requests to stop calling have obviously gone unfulfilled.

received a call from this number at 3.50pm today (04 May 2010), the lady was asking me about services for Astro beyond upgrade. Always say no to this kind of call, they can't be syndicate that try to cheat your money and mis-use of your credit card! Please do not answer any call from (or return call to) unknown poeple with phone number starting from 03-7xxxxxxx. These number are invalid. They are the same group of people who try to cheat you.
